What is Perlick Distillery?

The Perlick Family purchased a small farm in the Northwoods of Wisconsin in 1920. Six generations have now had the pleasure of working and cultivating the uncompromising soils set amongst the backdrop of Wisconsin’s picturesque forests, lakes, and streams. That same land and family now grow and distill the fine alcohols produced at Perlick Distillery

The Farm currently cultivates over 2,000 acres of corn, wheat, soybeans, barley, sunflowers, and other crops. The Distillery was established in 2014 with two goals: add value to the grains grown on the farm, and to create top quality distilled spirits.

Perlick Distillery produces American Yeoman Vodka, Yeoman Maple Syrup Flavored Vodka, and a 5-year American single malt whiskey.

We are currently out of American Single Malt Whiskey. The next release is January 16, 2025. The Whiskey is only sold at the Distillery on a first come - first serve basis with limited availability.
